01. THE CHALLENGE
Villa Cour de Lys is a beautiful detached villa near the Provencal village of Lorgues. The house was bought in 2021 by a Dutch owner. The interior, the tiles and the kitchen/bathrooms were very dated and outdated. The entire interior has been replaced and all rooms have been retiled, the bathrooms have been renovated and the kitchen has had a makeover. The dark oak cabinets have been sandblasted, as have the beams in the ceiling to give it a more Ibiza-like look.
02. THE STYLE
The style of villa Cour de Lys can be described as Ibiza chic:
- This means natural materials such as wood and reed, travertine natural stone with a sand-like color.
- Calm colors are used in the interior. Lots of pure white (RAL 9010), beige sand color and brass to give a chic twist to the interior. The color blue has been used as decoration.
03. THE RESULT
The result is a natural and peaceful atmosphere, which immediately puts you in a holiday mood. We have formed 1 whole by using the same colors inside and outside. Various lounge areas have been created outside, so that you can optimally enjoy the sun at any time of the day. We have used a lot of blue sea tones and gold copper in the decoration to give it a chic and contemporary atmosphere.
Where to start… Lemon Tree helped us furnish our entire home in the South of France. What a party. Everything is thought of. The house is beautifully decorated and styled from top to bottom.
Lemon Tree’s unburdening service is phenomenal. With a full-time job, it is wonderful to be able to fully rely on the Lemon Tree team. The decor is beautiful and is carefully tailored to the wishes of the customer. In addition, the house is also fully furnished for you. Even hanging the curtains and paintings. With a possible next house I will definitely fall back on the Lemon Tree team. 10 out of 10!
