INTERIOR STYLING
Lemon Tree Interior is specialized in furnishing holiday homes and first residences. We are characterized by the “turnkey delivery” of houses, where everything has been thought of. From the beds, to the tea spoons in the kitchen and any outside furniture. To realize your dream interior, we go through three steps with you to arrive at the result of your choice.
The styling process in 3 steps:
Style orientation
During this conversation, your interior wishes are central and together we look at the possibilities and budget for your styling project.
By working with different style sheets, we can easily determine your desired interior style.
Interior styling plan
After having a clear picture of your desired living style, we will draw up an Interior Styling Plan.
This plan will become the guideline for the project for us. All choices such as colours, fabrics, location of the furniture in the rooms are worked out in this plan. In consultation with you, we create a document that contains the various choices within the interior styling process.
The Make Over
After extensive discussion and fine-tuning of the styling plan, the definitive shopping list is made. It shows in detail what needs to be bought so that nothing is forgotten. At that time there is also a good picture of the total budget of the project.
We can then take care of the complete furnishing of your home, both interior and exterior. Look at our projects for the results.
SERVICES IN DETAIL
STYLE ORIENTATION
This first meeting is a no-obligation introductory meeting in which we would like to discuss the following matters:
- We inform you about the possibilities of our services.
- We visit the house and form an image with photos and video.
- We map out your wishes with regard to the furnishing.
- We determine the living style that you have in mind.
- We form a view on the budget of the project.
Interior Styling Plan
For us, the makeover plan becomes the guideline of the project. All choices such as colours, fabrics, location of the furniture in the room are worked out in this plan. In close consultation with you, we create a document that contains the various choices within the interior styling process.
The costs for this plan are €1050 (excl. VAT).
- We determine your interior style by working with different style sheets.
- We advise you a color palette for your house.
- We make a 2D Floorplan with the position of the furniture in the rooms.
- It contains various mood boards with the interiorstyle to be created.
- We make a global shopping list with the expected furniture.
- Resulting in a first estimate of the expected project costs.
THE MAKE OVER
We can fully take care of the execution of your project for makeovers in the Netherlands and abroad. We can completely relieve you with the furnishing of your (new) home or holiday home.
The standard rate for this service within the Netherlands is 18% of the total project budget (excl. VAT).
The rate for homes in Belgium, France and Spain is 20% of the total project budget (excl. VAT).

- Selecting and buying the furniture.
- Receiving the deliveries.
- Request quotes for any adjustments or custom furniture.
- Arranging the possible storage and transport of the goods.
- The furnishing and interior styling of your home.
- The turnkey delivery of the house.
Professional purchasing
Lemon Tree Interior buys its furniture from wholesalers and directly from producers in the Netherlands, which means that we can often buy furniture cheaper for you, than you as a private customer.

We work with various tailor-made producers and wholesalers who sell specific and unique furniture so that your home gets an original and unique look.
